The work involved the entire day with technical reports and political comparisons, concluded by the intervention of the President of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca. "The Na-BA High Capacity - declared the rector Gerardo Canfora - is a real driving force for development of the territory, reopening new prospects of contrast and containment of depopulation phenomena that currently represent the most serious constraint to the development of the Sannio. The study carried out by the University of Sannio, on the socio-economic impact of the work, has shown that when fully operational there will be positive effects both on growth and on new residential phenomena linked to the better accessibility of the areas concerned ”.
