How to start an internship after graduation to start to work
A young graduate or a graduate of no more than 12 months has the opportunity to participate in the training and orientation internship to gain specific work experience. The duration cannot exceed 6 months, including extensions.
The internship does not in any way constitute an employment relationship and therefore does not bind companies to any obligation to recruit during or at the end of the internship.
Notice: following the adaptation of the Regions to the guidelines sanctioned with the Agreement adopted by the permanent conference for relations between the State, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano of 24.01.2013, the internship agreements and training projects will be drawn up on the basis of the respective Regional Regulations.
METHOD OF CONDUCT
Internships are activated under an Internship and Orientation Agreement between the University and the involved Company / Organization. The agreements are implemented by filling in and signing a special agreement form.
This agreement must be formalized with the University before the internship can start. To activate a training and orientation internship, it is necessary contact the Degree Course.
The teacher will be responsible for completing the training and orientation project, signing it together with the student and the internship manager.
At the end of the internship, the student will need to deliver the attendance register including a brief report on the activity carried out by the company tutor to the Head of the Internships of the Degree Course, in order to acquire the training credits. The Internship Manager will then deliver the attendance register and final report of the activities carried out to the President's Office which will subsequently forward it to the Student Secretariat Office.
